Simon was a mature entrant to the Bar, joining chambers after 30 years’ operational experience as a police officer in various disciplines, complemented by working as a litigation executive for DAC Beachcroft solicitors, defending motor prosecutions associated with serious road traffic collisions. He brings vast experience and expertise in investigations, forensics, disclosure and PACE within criminal law.
