Robert Haggis (1980)

Robert has worked for several years in firms of solicitors, namely Nabarro Nathanson, Land Graham, Sydney
Mitchell and Rotheras.
He has divided my time between private practice, working as in-house counsel for major companies (corporate
commercial gaming and commercial property) and as an independent interim lawyer promoted by BCL Legal
and others where he undertook assignments for periods ranging from 3 to 15 months. The work was primarily
commercial corporate. Those assignments included firms of solicitors.
My expertise is commercial, corporate, intellectual property, and commercial property. All the foregoing as a
draftsman and advice provider, but not litigation. Here I was, in effect, a solicitor.
My litigation experience is Crime, Magistrates Court, Crown Court and Court of Appeal. I also undertake work in
the County Courts and High Court (applications mainly) and Family law.
Robert is accredited under the Public Access Scheme to accept direct instructions.
