Pauline began her practice in 2009 in a mixed set based in the East Midlands. Prior to this she had worked in a diverse range of roles in the agrochemical and freight forwarding industries and latterly the Higher Education sector.
Early in her practice she undertook work in criminal prosecution, immigration, family and civil litigation. As her practice developed she began to specialise in family and civil litigation matters. She now regularly accepts instructions in civil litigation from Claimant’s and Defendant’s and undertakes a range of work from infant settlement hearings and Stage 3 disposal hearings to small claim and fast track trials specialising in road traffic accidents, personal injury and credit hire matters. She also has experience of landlord and tenant matters and possession hearings.
She accepts instructions on behalf of all parties in relation to Children Act matters, both private law and public law. She also has experience in obtaining non-molestation and occupation orders. Pauline also has a paper practice and regularly provides advices, particularly on quantum.
Pauline is approachable and works hard to establish a good rapport with lay and professional clients alike. She adopts a common-sense approach to all matters and always has the best outcome for her clients as her focus.
