Tom Busby was called to the Bar in 1975, and is a member of Lincoln’s Inn.

Tom was a member of No 1 Fountain Court Chambers in Birmingham until 2002 when he became a Sole Practitioner. He is recognised as a Grade Two Crown Court advocate by the Joint Advocate Selection Committee.
 
Tom practises criminal law and is experienced in prosecuting and defending in magistrates’ courts and in the Crown Court.
 

 Tom is a member of the Midland Circuit.
