Simone is a Solicitor/Advocate. She was called to the Bar in 2015 and is a Member of Lincolns Inn.
Simone became a Solicitor in 2008 with Higher Rights awarded in 2014

Ms Bowman has developed her practice to provide advice and representation in civil, commercial, employment and aviation matters, professional regulatory work and landlord and tenant disputes.
Ms Bowman is a CPS Agent Prosecutor in the Magistrates Courts. She is also experienced in representing defendants charged with Environmental offences, fraud related cases and special reasons hearings relating to road traffic accidents.
Ms Bowman represents clients in all areas of family law and has a particular interest in preparing and seeking non molestation and occupation orders. She is experienced in matrimonial finance cases and an keen negotiator.
Advice, representation and advocacy in all aspects of personal immigration including asylum, human rights and family reunification, and a robust advocate when acting in unlawful detention claims.
Ms Bowman represents appellants in bail applications on a private basis.
Ms Bowman is an accredited civil and commercial mediator, (London School of Mediation) and CPD trainer. Ms Bowman is regularly instructed to mediate in family financial disputes, contentious probate matters in addition to commercial and residential tenancies.
Ms Bowman is the holder of the Legal Education Certificate awarded by the General Legal Council (Caribbean). She is currently preparing to be admitted as an Attorney at Law to the Bar of Jamaica and Barbados later this year.
Ms Bowman is accredited under the Public Access Scheme for direct instructions.
